Super fish "Nangokudai"
Cambodia Fresh Farm's farm is located in a village about an hour's drive from Phnom Penh, the capital. Japanese-affiliated Megatrons Investment (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. invested in a 4.5-hectare site to create a fish pond, and over the course of five years successfully cultivated fish that can be shipped.
In order to continue raising safe and secure fish, we value the relationship of trust with local people above all else. As a result, this farm is now expected to become the village's main industry.
Tilapia was born in a tropical country and raised with the heart of Japan. Together with the people of Cambodia who have overcome the scars of the civil war, we are working to build a village and a nation through aquaculture. We named such a special tilapia "Nangokudai".

私たち カンボジア フレッシュファーム は、2025年2月に念願のHACCP（ハサップ）認証を取得いたしました。
これまで取り組んできた加工や衛生管理体制が、国際的な安全基準として認められたことを大変嬉しく思います。
この認証は、今後の海外輸出やさらなる品質向上への大きな一歩。
より安心・安全な商品をお届けできるよう、これからも努力を重ねてまいります。

Good Practiceの認定書をいただきました！
★お知らせ
農水省よりカンボジア第１号の認証証を頂きました!
2021年8月、カンボジア農水省から、南国鯛の養殖場と加工場に、それぞれ養殖業者として衛生や環境に十分な配慮をしているとの「認証」をいただきました。
認証をいただく前には、農業大臣による視察があり＝写真、しっかりと現場を見ていただきました。カンボジアは国として、養殖業を漁業発展の柱に据えています。カンボジア国内第１号の認証をいただき、その一端を担う責任と誇りを感じました。
これまで支えてくださった皆様に心から感謝すると同時に、認証の重みを感じながらより、より一層美味しいお魚を提供出来るように努力してまいります。
